It is my pleasure to endorse John Clarkson and his staff at Benchmark Custom Homes.  We recently contracted with Benchmark Custom homes to design and build a custom home for us in West Greeley, Colorado.  The home is now complete and we are absolutely delighted with it.   John and Sara English (who did the architectural design) were a pleasure to work with.  Everything we asked for they incorporated into the design.  Change orders were no problem and they always treated us as if we were their only customers.
